The body of this parallel groove clamp is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, and in order to fasten the copper conductor, a groove is made of aluminum alloy and welded by hot forged bimetal. It has high electrical conductivity, high strength and corrosion resistance. Its fixing screws, lock washers and nuts are hot dip galvanized. The squeezing fixtures can be "hot" applied without separating them. No nuts or washers or loose parts are lost.
1. Parallel groove clamp has a serrated groove to provide increased contact. Pre-filled oxide inhibitors can also be provided. It accommodates a series of conductors in each slot. This type of fixture is typically used to repair connections and taps from large to relatively small conductors. When the bolt is tightened, the extended lip is aligned with the clamp. The base of the clamp forms a weatherproof cover for the groove.
2. Parallel groove clamp's clamping surface has good grip and contact force. In applications where there is no mechanical load, the clamps are used to connect and branch antennas and other aluminum conductors. It is made of aluminum and the steel bolts are hot dip galvanized. All of its contact surfaces are pretreated with contact grease, which makes installation easier. This product can be supplied with an insulating cover.
